Shipping Terms

1. Shipping Methods
   SYNPEX INTERNATIONAL CO LIMITED offers various shipping methods, including but not limited to sea freight, air freight, and express services. The choice of shipping method will be determined based on the destination, product type, and customer preferences.
2. Shipping Costs
   Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of the order. The specific cost will be calculated through the system during checkout and confirmed by the customer.
3. Shipping Time
   
   • Domestic Shipping: Typically shipped within 3-5 business days after order confirmation.
   • International Shipping: International orders usually take 7-21 business days, depending on the destination. The specific delivery time will be communicated at the time of shipment.
4. Order Processing and Shipping
   Once an order is confirmed and payment is completed, SYNPEX will arrange for shipment as soon as possible. A tracking number will be provided to the customer once the order is shipped, allowing the customer to monitor the shipment status.
5. Customs Duties and Taxes
   International orders may incur customs duties and import taxes based on the destination country's regulations. Customers are responsible for paying any related duties and taxes. The specific amount will depend on the customs policies of the destination country.

   Please ensure that the shipping address provided is accurate and complete. SYNPEX is not responsible for delays or loss caused by inaccurate or incomplete address information.

Return and Exchange Policy

1. Return and Exchange Conditions
   
   • If the product has quality issues or does not match the order, customers may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving the item.
   • The product must remain unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in its original packaging with tags intact.
   • Customers must provide the order number, product photos, and a description of the issue. Upon receiving the return request, we will evaluate it and provide a return or exchange service for qualifying orders.
2. Return Process
   
   • Customers must contact our customer service team to provide return information and receive return authorization.
   • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product has a quality issue or is incorrect.
   • Return items must be shipped back within 7 days of receiving return authorization.
3. Refund Processing
   
   • Refunds for returns meeting the return policy will be processed to the original payment method used. Processing time may vary depending on the payment method, typically within 7-10 business days.
   • If the returned product does not meet the return policy, SYNPEX reserves the right to refuse the return and refund.
4. Exchanges
   
   • If the customer wishes to exchange an item, a return will be processed and a replacement will be shipped based on stock availability. If the replacement product is unavailable, SYNPEX will offer a full refund or alternative solution.
